The Medicare Process is incredibly confusing. After finally receiving an approval from SSD, I became eligible for Medicare. I was already on Medicaid.The changes that came after my approval left me spinning.My atty referred me to Chermol Medicare. I was promptly greeted by EJ. He took his time and was very patient. The agent I spoke to had all my information together so that he could find a suitable Medicare Advantage plan for me to review. I liked the plan and the benefits he found and so I enrolled in the plan. EJ took time to explain the benefits clearly to me and and to go over a couple of points that I needed clarification on. EJ was amazing at explaining everything to me.... I am so happy that I was able to understand everything. Before I called it was very very confusing when I have done other people's Medicare insurance comparing plans and then now that I am disabled I had heard that I was eligible for dual enrollment. I hadn't actually no clue what that meant! All I know is that I was hoping to get extra help for my Medicare part b and what I needed for myself in an insurance plan... EJ was extremely patient with me asking all sorts of questions and letting me write them down never once got frustrated even if I ask the same question twice... EJ was very very patient and thoroughly explained everything by the time I got off the phone call I felt just as good as if I went out and pick my own pair of shoes and try them on.... And I understood everything about it but it was going to happen after this what I had to do which I don't have to do anything you just have to show my card when I get it and my Medicaid card. If I get any bills or anything that I shouldn't be getting or have any questions I can call EJ back anytime and EJ said he will answer all the questions that I may have... I also told him that I have about four or five other people that deal with Medicare plans and he said well call have them call in and I will take care of them and see if we can help them get on the right plan... EJ then checked on all possible plans for my Fiancé Sandy. Who is on full SSI. He found out were to go and who to call for the SSI and Medicaid in Nevada. We are confused as to who covers Sandy.
